## Getting Started with Docspire

### Overview

Docspire is an AI-powered document processing platform for automating accounts payable and mortgage document processing. This guide walks you through creating your account and accessing the platform.

### Creating Your Account

1\.    Go to <https://cloud.docspire.ai/> in your web browser.

2\.    On the Sign In page, click Create account.

3\.    Choose your sign-up method:

•       Sign up with Email – Create an account using your email address and password

•       Sign up with Microsoft – Use your Microsoft account for single sign-on

#### Option A: Sign Up with Email

1\.    Click Sign up with Email.

2\.    Enter your email address and click Send verification code.

3\.    Check your email for the verification code and enter it.

4\.    Create a password and confirm it.

5\.    Click Create to complete email registration.

#### Option B: Sign Up with Microsoft

1\.    Click Sign up with Microsoft.

2\.    Sign in with your Microsoft account credentials when prompted.

### Complete Your Profile

After authentication, complete your profile with the following information:

4\.    Check the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5\.    Click Continue to proceed.

### Workspace Setup

Docspire will automatically configure your workspace. You will see progress for:

•       Creating your secure workplace

•       Configuring AI processing models

•       Fetching workflow templates

•       Preparing your dashboard

This process takes only a moment. Once complete, you will be redirected to your Docspire dashboard.

### Your Dashboard

The dashboard is your command center for document processing. It displays:

•       Documents Processed – Total documents processed

•       Pages Consumed – Total pages used from your plan

•       AI Accuracy Rate – Extraction accuracy (99.5%)

•       Integrations Connected – Number of active integrations
