# Document Queue

### Overview&#x20;

The Document Queue is the central repository displaying all documents available in your Docspire account. This includes sample files, manually uploaded documents, and files received through integrations. It provides a unified interface to view document metadata, check processing status, and perform actions on individual or multiple documents.&#x20;

The Document Queue functions as a document management list where you can:&#x20;

* View all documents and their current status at a glance&#x20;
* Access key metadata including document type, source, and processing results&#x20;
* Initiate actions such as processing, reviewing, or viewing results&#x20;
* Manage documents through filtering, searching, and bulk operations&#x20;

Access the Document Queue by:&#x20;

* Clicking Document Queue in the Main section of the navigation panel&#x20;
* Navigating from the Home page after uploading documents&#x20;

### Document Information Display&#x20;

The Document Queue presents document information in a structured table format with customizable column visibility:&#x20;

#### Default Fields (Always Visible)&#x20;

* **File Name** – Original name of the uploaded or integrated document&#x20;
* **Type** – Document classification category (Purchase Order, Pay Slip, Bank Statement, ID, etc.)&#x20;
* **Actions** – Available operations based on current document status&#x20;

#### Optional Fields (Can Be Disabled or Enabled)&#x20;

* **Status** – Current processing state (Pending, Running, Success, In Review, Error)&#x20;
* **Source** – Document origin (Manual Upload, Integration, API)&#x20;
* **Document ID** – Unique system-generated identifier for each document&#x20;
* **Priority** – Processing priority level assigned to the document&#x20;
* **AI Extraction Accuracy** – Percentage confidence score of the AI model's data extraction&#x20;
* **Validation Score** – Percentage of business rules and validation checks passed&#x20;

To customize which fields are displayed:&#x20;

1. Click the Columns button in the top-right corner&#x20;
2. Select or deselect fields from the dropdown menu&#x20;
3. Changes are applied immediately to the document list view&#x20;

### Document Status Types&#x20;

* **Validation Score** – Compliance with configured business rules&#x20;
  * Shows percentage of passed validation checks&#x20;
  * Helps identify documents requiring additional review&#x20;

### Filtering and Search Capabilities&#x20;

The Document Queue provides robust filtering options to manage large document volumes:&#x20;

#### Filter Options&#x20;

1. **Document Type Filter** – Select specific document types using the "All Types" dropdown&#x20;
2. **Priority Filter** – Filter by processing priority levels using "All Priorities" dropdown&#x20;
3. **Search Bar** – Find documents by name, ID, or partial text matching&#x20;

#### Bulk Operations&#x20;

Select multiple documents using checkboxes to delete multiple selected documents in one go.&#x20;

### Document Actions&#x20;

* **Review** – Access the review interface to verify and edit extracted data&#x20;
* **Track** – Review processing history and timeline&#x20;
* **Reprocess** – Restart processing with optional feedback&#x20;

#### For Successful Documents&#x20;

* **View Results** – Access extracted data in Refined or JSON view&#x20;
* **Track** – Review processing history and timeline&#x20;

#### For Rejected Documents&#x20;

### Review Interface&#x20;

* **Review Actions**
  * Approve – Accept extracted data with or without editing to complete document processing with Sucess status.&#x20;
  * Reject – Reject document with notes.&#x20;

### View Results Interface&#x20;

Successfully processed documents offer multiple data access options:

* **Refined View** – Data in formatted, business-friendly presentation&#x20;

* **Download as CSV** &#x20;
* **Download as Excel** &#x20;

The export options are available through both the View Results action for successful documents and the Review interface for documents under review.&#x20;
